Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks Grade C5
C-grade, also known as Continental Ceylon Cinnamon, is the next highest grade after Alba—offering exceptional quality at a more accessible price. With its smooth texture, warm tan-yellow color, and sweet, aromatic flavor, it closely rivals Alba in both appearance and taste.

Slight variations in slenderness may occur, but C-grade quills maintain a similar diameter to Alba, making them a popular choice in the premium export market. Ideal for enhancing desserts, sweet dishes, lattes, and hot chocolate, C-grade cinnamon delivers a refined, versatile spice experience.

Though slightly more available than Alba, C-grade cinnamon remains rare and highly sought after, often commanding a premium price. Lower sub-grades offer more economical options while still retaining much of the quality that makes Ceylon cinnamon a prized spice worldwide.
